Ingredients:
Cake Mix or Cake Crumbs (14 ounces)
Cake Frosting 1/4
8 ounce Candy Melts
Cake pop sticks
Toppings if desired (sprinkles/nuts/coconut flakes)
Lolipop sticks
Instructions:
- Add cake to a large bowl and crumble into fine crumbs
- Add in half a cup of frosting and use a wooden spoon or hands to mix it.
- Roll the cake into balls and place on parchment paper
- Put the rolled balls into refrigerator for 20 mins
- Melt 2-4 ounces of candy melts in the microwave.
- Once the candy melts have been melted and the balls have been chilled dip half an inch of lollipop stick in melted chocolate and stick half way through cake ball
- Place cake pops in freezer for another 20 mins
- Remove cake balls from freezer.
- Dip cake balls carefully into melted chocolate until the entire cake ball is covered.
- Let the excess chocolate drip off.
- Stick the cake pops in a piece of styrofoam.
- Top the cake pops with sprinkles
